So as usual 5 days before i go on holiday i get a heavy cold. I know you can't cure cold but my question is.. us it better to dose yourself up with decongestant tablets or woukd this prolong it? Is it better to just let it run its course with no tablets? I have the stuffy head and sinus gunk and also a chesty cough.

I have the same flu, I've been eating lemons and having the odd shot of rum here and there lol . Slowly starting to feel better

If you're going on holiday, load yourself up on pills so you can enjoy it. You can always suffer through it when you're back at work

5 days you hopefully will be over it, try nightnurse i found this a real boost
