Like eyes meet at a supermarket but stare you straight into your eyes and then make it a point to do the same multiple times without a smile on their face isn't that awkward flirting?

I am a terrible flirt anyway, but she was terribly bad.

How good are your flirting skills?

"Or she was blind?"

She was definitely staring me square in the eyes, but yeah you are right to even look twice at me let alone 5 times. She must have been blind.

I mean’t if they were looking at me!

Maybe she thought she knew you, but didn’t want to stare, but wanted to make sure? I do that!

"I wouldnt call that flirting"

Agreed.

But why purposely make a point of moving near me and making eye contact so much, I mean she was definitely not my type. But she was obviously staring at me.

Two options. She was hoping you'd open up a conversation. She's not aware of personal space.

"If someone did that to me I'd think they were being aggressive!!"

I understand what you mean, but she wasn't staring angrily at me. It's hard to explain, I'm a very relaxed guy but can tell if someone is being aggressive and she was anything but. But that was like she was waiting for me to do something? Maybe ? I do t know?

Shrug. Women are expected to smile for no good reason. Maybe you're just happy or friendly! It can't be that bad! Etc.

Women do flirt with men though and sometimes use intense staring to try and open up a conversation.
