TAMWORTH

Why do people send winks and messages and chat to you, then make arrangements to meet up and ad soon as that day arrives you find that they've blocked you. Why can't they just have the decency to tell you they either changed their minds or that they just don't fancy you after all. Is against policy to name and shame
