I was going to say mobility scooters, but then imagined a situation where there was no other way for them to get to where they needed to go.

So I'm going to go with nothing. Certain users (teenagers doing wheelies on bikes, without helmets, down the wrong side of the road etc), but no particular mode of transport.

Great minds . I started one discussing banning all sorts including pheasants.

I’d ban people who’ve made more than one careless accident. I’d make people who hit motorbikes or cyclists take a class.

I’d ban nothing but entitled twat drivers.

you do know that horses pedestrians and cyclists are the only ones with a right to be on a public highway eveyone else car van tractor lorry bus coach or caravan is there by invitation only through having a valud licence to use said vehicle on the public highway which can be withdrawn for a multitude of reasons

The weirdest thing about a mobility scooter is that no one realises you can’t change direction easily, so people stop dead in front of you and don’t realise you can’t go around them. I needed one for a time and it was infuriating to be careful. No matter how cautious you are people walk into you, if you’re lucky some will rest their shopping right on you.

But I have seen others who shouldn’t be on them as they don’t seem to have their wits about them or the physical control to be safely using them. Mine was a fast one and I would go on the side of the road( legal you’re registered for tax) but cars would come right at me. People would shout awful things at me as well like telling me to get up and walk. Worst year of my life but I was able to get my child to school and try to live life while I couldn’t walk.

Generally everyone hates everyone who inconveniences them I guess. Because I’m young people thought I was playing on it, especially because my daughter would get a lift to school stood on the front of it and we played spies. Had to make the best of a shit situation and have a laugh.

I live near a steep hill, and there's one guy I see some evenings, 10mph max, with a motorway sized tailback. You can feel the rage and if his face tells me anything, he gives about 0.001 fucks to share among his followers.

Can i just expand on teenagers doing wheelies on bikes, without helmet, on the wrong side of the road... coming down a hill on a bend with head phones in.

This happened to me recently. Honked my horn.... he just gave me this look of... obliviousness.
