But I know what you mean - I had a section and they held him up (like he was from the lion king) and showed us him. I burst into tears, so I only saw him for a second before they whisked him away! | |||

Haha thanks for playing that tune in my head Did you get some skin to skin? Some hospitals nowadays try and support gentle caesarean procedure. But not with emergencies of course. Either way, its such a happy sight, no matter the way they travelled! X | |||

X" Not straight away - my husband held him while I was getting stitched back together (which took foreeeeeever, they had a student there as well and my uterus is a love heart shaped so they all had a good look at it ) but once I was wheeled back into the labour suite I got loads of skin to skin straight away | |||
