I can whip up lots

But today I would fancy something quirky, like a spinach sponge cake with cream cheese icing in the middle amd on top and and red currants or pomegranate seeds scattered all over. Sponge is green because of blended spinach added to it, but you can't taste it! Its called Forest Moss cake.
