Hiding in the shadows

I have set days I do certain things on.

If I have to change my routine it totally throws me out.

I work Fri nights, rarely a Sat

Covered sometimes shift last week as ill.

Spent next morning doing chores, then popped over to the shop

Stood there completely confused why Asda would be shut at 16.25 then realised it was Sunday

That’s harsh

Give yourself a treat so it’s almost a Friday - go for a walk at lunchtime and enjoy the sunshine, it might be raining on the weekend
