Stopped taking my anti depressants for the first time in 25 years recently.

Had it tough but my life has changed for the better in the last few months. Never thought I could beat depression but here I'am.

Yep severe anxiety here, panic attacks, agoraphobia you name it, it's horrid! But there are good days and bad, take it as it comes x

Yes x I get anxiety, stress, paranoia and event related personal pain but not depression x
