I’m not very keen on bacon but if I do have it it has to be soft without a single bit of fat

Cornwall

Smoked & grilled or baked. Not a fan of crispy bacon though, for me, perfection is just cooked through & all visible fatty removed

It's one of the tasiest value treats in our generation. Sadly I will never experience Japanese waygu cooked in front of me on a griddle but bacon is a taste sensation..

I adore and crave it.. crispy streakey bacon is the food of the heavens

East Lancashire

Grilled, with the rind crispy (but not burnt), on a soft white teacake/barm cake/bap/roll (delete as applicable) with cheese melted on the top. Now that's how I like my bacon.
