No. Apparently one of mine is smaller, but its not noticeable. Optician told me

The average eye is 24mm in diameter

Re growth you start of around 16mm when born and they stop growing around the age of 12

Probably not, if they said you have different shapes eyeballs then you probably have. I'd be surprised if anybody had two identical parts that they have more than one of.
