Has anyone left one and been asked to rewrite it.

Would you?

I've asked, because they've used my name.

Somewhere

I have never been asked to re-write one and I have never asked anyone else to do so. However, previously when I have failed to display one and when asked why, I would say that is was too crude or just tasteless to me and I didn’t want something like that displayed on my profile, and the person would re-do one. But I never actually asked them to.

Never and no. You’d effectively be giving 2 verifications for a single meet. Write what you like and it’s up to them to decide whether they will display it or not.

I have left a negative verification for someone (he turned up d*unk and was pushy / forceful) - I saw it more as constructive feedback lol. It didn’t put him back because he has asked many times to meet again, but it’ll never happen.

No. I hope I’d never write a verification that would need to be written. Although there are verifications I have written that I wouldn’t wish to be displayed.

If I was ever asked I’d be making it the worst veri ever besides they don’t have to display it

It’s like ronseal. Does exactly what it says on the tin. If cake is provided then of course the veri will be award winning

.

Never been asked, I doubt I would ask someone. Veris are unique (well some are ) and so far I've not had anything too crass or identifying in one. If I did I'd just not show it.

Re-written- I check for typos on versus before pressing send

Hiding in the shadows

I've had several I've not displayed, not returned & been asked why

They were purely social meets, but they way they read implied much more had taken place.

That bugs me.

I've told them why, I've also asked them not to write another.

1 guy did, but it again contained sexual innuendos

I've only ever rewritten 1 for someone.

I always write the original in phone notes then C&P it.

I had 2 drafts, and I sent the wrong one, which was missing the 'punchline' from the end
