You have to do a set of exercises to set off a shaking of the body it's a bit strange at first look it up on Google. Anything that can help with chronc pain is good

I tried loads of different things for pain been on loads of drugs and drink to help with the pain now off most of the drugs just painkillers as I need them. And don't drink much anymore nice photos Btw

Motorcycle cycle accident is one broke left foot got osteoarthritis in it. Lower back from years of driving, two whiplash injuries one a trip over a pallet at work pick black in the morning. Two weeks later some prat parked his car in the back of my truck. Lost my job HGV licence would not pass the medical, girlfriend left nearly lost the house. Was in so much pain did rehabilitation at the pain clinic. Tens machine chiropractor, acupuncture, cranial therapy, heatpads, now cbd oil, golden paste I still have to have paracetamol or co codamol but not every day at the worst time I did not want to wake up when I went to bed that's how bad it got
