After a week's delay, Fortnite season 10 ended Sunday with The End event that would have introduced season 11. It was literally the end as the game was no longer playable after the event started.

An explosive season-ending event caused the destruction of the island and apparently the game itself, as it's not playable as of this writing.

Fortnite has ended... for now.

The next season of Fortnite will still happen. Epic released multiple updates about the next season including adding

bots for players to use for training. Since this is a holiday weekend in the US, Columbus Day, Epic may have something for those staying home Monday.

The most likely scenario is that Fortnite season 11 will start on Thursday, Oct. 17. Thursdays are the standard starting days for the seasons.

No doubt why would the just close it down with the amount of money they make epic are building a new office in Edinburgh very soon

The numbers are apparently a code from the visitors about the loop. Epic are apparently hinting its gonna be the black hole till 6am tuesday. Just means im playing apex instead lol.
