Do you find Botoxed lips attractive?

Jump to newest

I'm talking the ones on faces.

I'm just watching the alienist on Netflix and there is a female character that seems to have Botox lips. A bit out of place in a Victorian styled series.

But even seen elsewhere, I don't get where the slug lip look came from and why people do it?

People do it because they want to?

I’ve never been interested in it as I have naturally full lips anyway.

I do find it funny though that two girls who used to label me “rubber lips” & “baboon lips” at school, have lip fillers now.

You're talking about dermal fillers I presume?

Injecting Botox into lips isn't a thing

Botox and fillers are completely different...

Some of my friends have, and thankfully they haven’t gone overboard & it looks natural.

Sadly I don’t understand why people take the risk, when you look how beautiful Leslie Ash used to look until she had things done, it would scare the life of me to try anything like that. Think that might say more about me though!

Lips are used to kiss, to lick, to play and they are the source of expressions of love, sexuality, intimacy, and all types of communication. It's a growing trend, that's why women do it.

Me personally, am too chicken to pump anything nasty into my body unless needed and don't really like the fish-lip aesthetic look.

I think people should do whatever they want with their faces. I wouldn't personally get fillers, but it doesn't bother me in the slightest what work other people choose to get done.

I personally don’t like them. But I’m not keen on any plastic surgery. It’s taken a long time to learn to love my body the way it is. And yes I still feel less than adequate when I see another female with a boob job, Botox and filler etc.

But at least what you see is what you get with me and I’m so lucky my OH loves me for me and he thinks I’m fit and filthy lol

Yours do look sexy

It’s amazing how many men on here notice/have a thing for face lips. I always get extra nice messages when mine are out, mine are natural but if i’d got lips like my nan (very thin!) i think i would have had fillers. Even wearing lipstick didn’t accentuate them.

I’ve had mine done and I’m really happy with them

As I’ve got older my lips got thinner so I had them done purely so I felt better for myself

Admittedly some people do take cosmetic procedures too far and yes it can ruin someone’s looks but personally I’m a great believer in allowing and not judging anyone for whatever they choose to do

My whole look isn’t for everyone , my hair , my ink etc but I’m a happier person in myself than I ever been and defy anyone ever again to knock my confidence because it won’t happen

I would like to add that many of the people that have said on here they find lip enhancement unattractive have in fact winked or messaged me to meet so how does that work ???

I have the teeniest bit of filler in mine and it made the world of difference to my confidence. Not one person has ever noticed without me telling them. Just like with bleached hair, tanning, make up etc you can go subtle, or too far. There will be plenty of celebs people fancy, who have had a bit of help achieving their 'natural' beauty. But obviously it's Lesley Ash type images that are gonna stick because it's gone wrong and is so obvious.

Ironically, I looked up the Alienist girl and I think hers might actually be natural and just very full! She was a child actor and they've always been very plump and had a bit of a fake look even when she was about 13
