Yes, yuck i know! But i have one on my foot from where some heels were rubbing me on a night out a few days back and its so painful, have a real urge to just pop it but i heard its risking it getting infected if i do. So im not sure whether to or just leave it be or even if theres a way of making it abit smaller so i dont have to walk like a penguin! Sorry if ive put anyone off their food

well as i've just been picking at the scabs on my knees (the perils of taking a tumble on astroturf), I'd vote for the pop 'n' pick route!

underneath new skin is forming, so dont pop it, i agree.

but if you feel the need, or it does, then stick a dressing on

never ever pop a blister, business partner did, ended up in hospital, just falling short of a heart attack

Yeah but that is extreme isn't it, it doesn't happen to everyone who pops blisters.

I can never resist I have to admit. I pop them with a sterile needle and stick a plaster on afterwards
