I like dark chocolate but not more than 70%. Can't you just use it in cooking, make hot chocolate drinks wit it or bin it?

I might try it in a hot chocolate drink but I think it might need sugar to make it palatable. I like 75% cocoa chocolate but this sooooo bitter

Freeze it and add a block or two when you make chilli. It's amazing.

Love it but most can’t eat it like that.

Use it to make anything chocolate. Truffles, ganache, low carb brownies...anything that requires chocolate can have that. A couple of squares stirred into a gravy is divine.

It’s ok if you make it in to chocolate truffles. Melt it and add some sugar or milk chocolate to sweeten it

Also nice if you stir some in to a chilli when it’s cooked

It’s got no sugar in it. Anything below that percentage has sugar. Don’t be afraid of aspartame, the scaremongering was started by the sugar industry.

I'm steering clear of sugar so that's out but thank you

Yeah, I knew it had no sugar I just didn't realise that it was quite that bitter

Hiding in the shadows

I only like chocolate over 80% cocoa

I'd never seen 100% in any shop. The very lovely LisaB45 found a bar & posted it to me

Oh god, it was heavenly

Do you like it? I found it very bitter on the tongue, not pleasant at all.

Montezuma sell it plain and with sea salt.

I'm probably going to be making a bolognese sauce or a ragu in the week. I think I'll try that and possibly low carb brownies

Love it

I don't have a sweet tooth

Choice of dessert, I usually opt for cheese

Pretty sure, this one was from Montezuma too

I don't have a very sweet tooth, especially since I've had to restrict carbs a bit but this was unpalatable to me.

This one was from Marks. Luckily I bought an 85% bar too

Melt into hot chocolate, similar to how this is done in many countries.

Hiya, yes it was Montezuma, and yes it is delish! Word of warning..just have one square at a time, let it melt in your mouth, and drink lots of water with it
