Can anyone recommend some good erotic literature? I'm a big fan of Anais Nin but looking to expand my reading.

Well if you are referencing Anais Nin then my list isn’t for you. Reading erotica to me is an escape, I don’t want to feel like I’m working, want zero lightbulb moments either... it’s all about the story and the feelings it invokes

That is quite different from reading Shalini Singh where the story is about Archangels, vampires and hunters and their sexual escapades, or writes like Nina G Jones who writes darker erotica, or Tillie Cole etc

For what it’s worth, I prefer modern erotica as there are an enormous variety of genres to choose from, your

romance ones such as Kristen Ashley,

darker erotica such as Tillie Cole, Nina G Jones, then fantasy and paranormal such as JR Ward, Nalini Singh, Suzanne Wright, Amelia Hutchins, Montana ash.

Bikers/ MC related such as Jamie begley

Gangbangs, threesome, sex clubs- Lauren Dane and Lorelei James

Funny- Alice Clayton, L.A Casey etc
