For me it's the anticipation. When they're hands are tracing so close to where you really want them or they're pressing themselves into you or they're kissing your body in a way that makes you crave that mouth somewhere else. It's that "So close but not quite" part that gets me going.

I'm also a fan of the anticipation. The rising sexual tension without any physical contact. Then Accidental touches that aren't really accidents. Moving in for that first kiss.
