The cluster feeding does stop (even though it might not feel like that). Make sure you're being kind to yourself and look at getting energy bars, flapjacks in. You can get really good ones that help increase milk supply and also increasing energy supplies. If there's a local breastfeeding/la leche support group nearby, do pop along (not meant in a patronising way!). | |||

"I know what you're saying, but you know we all have our limits and if we don't release the pressure by letting some stuff out it will increase until you explode and have a breakdown. I also used nipple shields, I had no choice my son took a chunk out of mine. 
You can give baby some cool boiled water or gripe water in a bottle. It will give your boobs a little break and time to produce enough milk to podge him. Also look up 'baby massage' on you tube it will show you some tips on how to get rid of baby's wind.
