I live in the sticks.

But 10 huge spiders I've caught in the last 2 days in my living room.

Where do they all come from.

And no it's not the same spider

Must be our part of the world lol seen loads huge spiders this year maybe its a mutant breed thanks to the new Hinkley point power station lol

They mate around September/October,the ones you see are wandering around aimlessly are males searching for a mate,just like human males I suppose

Conditions this year have been perfect for spiders to grow to larger than average size

It's that time of the year.

And before someone says it, no conkers dont work unless you throw them at the spiders

I've been lucky so far, touch(ing) wood. A few small ones. One seemed to be giving me the finger as it scuttled on 7 legs, 8th leg raised.

I love the little (or not so little) buggers. Glass and paper and out the door for me, although they get back in!

Wasps can get f****d though!
