It depends on the question, how it was asked really.

Hillside desolate

No, I'd assume they didn't want to answer the question.

I regard that as rude... unless you had already become a pest and not taken a polite no thank you as an answer ....

Central

No reply = no interest, as Fab FAQs detail. Blocking others where there isn't going to be any connection prevents anyone wasting additional time/energy.

It's the norm of the Fab society that we are within and also prevents some of those who am rejected from sending the abuse that they would have done otherwise

In real life if I asked someone a question and they just blanked me I’d be furious. On here though it’s just one of them things. Bit frustrating, but it happens

I'd like a reply, but I also know some guys can be very rude and therefore accept that 'no reply' means 'no thanks'

Same rule applies to us guys. Lol

Probably not. Some women get hundreds of messages a day. It can be really time consuming. If I even had time to look at them

all I just used to look at the profile first and if I wasn't interested I’d delete. I’d also bulk delete sometimes too if it got too much. I wouldn’t take it personally. I always say if you really like them then try one more time as I used to miss so many.

Hiding in the shadows

No

Although it may feel rude to the sender.

That person may well have been asked that question or similar dozens of times.

Knows from experience, that replying instigates another message, another question.

He/she may not want to get drawn into a discussion with someone, for numerous reasons

They're going to focus on people they are intrested in

A lot depends on the question.....

I got a message yesterday, first ever from this guy I had never spoken to before.

His question was "Has anyone ever watched you poo?"

Yes I deleted this.

Not what I want as an introductory first message!

Read site FAQ's OP. They specifically state that a non-reply should be takenvas a no-thank you.

There are around 100 men to every woman on fab. Some ladies get hundreds of messages in a day. Can you imagine, just for one moment, how long it would take them just to get through their inbox if they replied to every message just to say they're not interested?

Would an inbix full of -no thank you's' really make you feel aby better?

People have lives outside of fab you know.

Do you phone every takeaway establishment that posts their menu through your door just to tell them that you're not interested?

No, I thought not

They put on there profile ask me or something like that. So asked the question and they deleted it. Maybe it is that they got to many messages or they didn’t like my bum. Can imagine woman must get tons of messages. Easy for us men we get none lol x

You haven't answered every post on this thread. Granted they aren't questions but we've taken the trouble to respond to you when you asked our opinion.

Genuinely I don't expect you to respond or think you're rude but it's sort of similar .

"So u message someone a question regarding there profile and they just delete me? Do u all regard that as rude? "

No , it's quite simple. They looked at your profile and weren't interested.

Why can't you tell us the question and then we can decide if she was rude or not ?

He's being discreet and not revealing the content of private messages which is against forum rules.

I know it is against forum rules to disclose the contents of a message you have been sent but I didn't realise it was against forum rules to repeat your own message.

I often dont reply to those: can i ask you something naughty? Etc. Just dont want to initiate the ping pong of politeness.

LMAO when did it become compulsory to answer peoples questions in life never mind on here. I can only assume people asking don't get much free time as they are answering all the questions cold callers are pitching them from double glazing to who their gas supplier is.

Not if its the OP who sent it there have been hundreds of threads in the past asking similar things.

"So u message someone a question regarding there profile and they just delete me? Do u all regard that as rude? "

Site rules say it’s fine.

If it’s happened to you and you’re upset about it, might wanna toughen up a little.
