You do 2 sets of 10-12 of between 50-70% of your 1rep max then 1 set of the heaviest weight you can do to 8. It’s really worked and I’m really impressed with myself of how much I really can lift. " In all honesty I wouldn't like to risk it. What if you burst your stitches? That would just make your healing process even slower. If it was me I would wait until fully healed. 2 weeks isn't that long to be honest | |||
