It's habit with me and I mean nothing by it..it comes from my personality management..I have several but you d have to know me to recognise em I'm not like jekyll and Hyde. .anyways I have a strong female side..it has no female name so female is used in my vocabulary a lot..so on my part I apologise if that word slips out and offends...as a rule I use the word lady

Using female as a noun for women I feel it turns women from sentient beings to no more that objects or something else It’s just my feelings on the subject. What makes it really odd is that I can’t explain it properly it just makes me cross. Is that weird?

It depends in what context words are used.

It's probably easier on here to use male and female if looking for mmf ffm etc.

I refer to my mates as lads.
