Tell you what I don’t much like my job, I have no social life as I’m so tired

I just feel life’s boring .. I exist I don’t live

I used to feel a bit like that. Started doing my own thing now online, whether it fails or not, its irrelevant. It gives me hope.

Something I've not had in a while.

I know you haven't had it easy with your health issues.

And yeah, life can be rough and tough.

We work to live not live to work bit it doesn't feel that way sometimes.

LIfe shouldn't be boring after all it's a gift.

I hope you find your sparkle and have some fun whatever that may be xx

When I was at work I wasnt at home... so was able to.be myself. When at home i am invisible and just exist.

I dont think life is boring. Life is for living and sometimes doing things that take us out of our comfort zones.

I don't know if I feel like that all the time but sometimes I do think I just survive. It's hard , it's tiring,I rarely feel like i never catch a break. I struggle when others appear to have it quite easy. I don't have my parents or any brothers or sisters, my boys don't have anyone but me and it terrifies me. I mean, what if I'm not doing a good enough job. I can't stop though. I can't fall apart and rebuild I need to keep going. However, I'm reminded that in doing that I'm providing a life for my boys the only way I can. And one day they will hopefully look back and think about how much they were loved.

I don't know your situation but I do know that you're always living more than you think you are. There's always someone worse off. Life is short and precious xx

Yeh I get that, I faced death last year ( no kidding) but now I’m questioning if I should still be here. Crazy I know, but I guess it’s like a rebound effect

Sometimes I feel the same. I don’t even get to go to work. It can be hard being stuck in the house with my son who has little conversation and language skills.

I suppose finding a work and home balance can be difficult if you have no choice but to work. But try to set some time for yourself at least once a week. Sorry I have no other wise words x

That’s it....life is short and precious, so what I’d do is make time. Be organised, do things differently, make changes, see what happens when you stop doing boring non essential things. What’s urgent? What’s important? What do you want to do? Have short term and medium term goals.

I dont know you or you situation, but it is awfully brave of you to put this up here to even have this discussion.

I get like this seasonally, lack of sunlight. It's a fight that's for sure, and honestly that is the only way I can relate to what you are saying. Where everything just feels like a dump so why bother.

Hope it helps to know you are not alone in some things.

Absolutely Ive worked at the same company for 14 years, and I'm completely pissed off with it, I travel all over the country and work ridiculous hours between 12 and 16 hours a day with overnight stays and that's no bullshit,

Absolutely shit I feel your pain x

Over a year ago I felt the same so I looked at what I could change. I took a leap and became single. Then around 5 months ago I completely overhauled my life, new town, new job and new perspective. Everything has come together beautifully but it was a huge risk.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that only you can change things. Start small and see where it takes you.

But I’m afraid my life’s already changed 2018 changed me dramatically

I’m ok just having a bad time of it, I’m stronger than I make out I am

But things just not in a great place at the moment

Is it possible for you to change job or even reduce your hours so you are happier and have more free time?

I did this over 2 years ago and it's made a huge difference to my mental health.

Just have to be a bit more careful with money.

I hope you find a suitable solution
