I'm feeling lazy ... the bookmark for google is to far away.

So, does anyone do any specific exercises to improve flexibility? I'm thinking yoga is a good example of this.. Any recommendations?

ah yoga or pilates definitly, i do both and are great, massive fan of yoga though

Cool and thanks... I'll look into some yoga classes.. I have a really tight lower back and hamstring area and want to loosen it up.

I had kids, now use them to bend down and pick things up so they have vastly improved my flexibility

Nope but for a small fee you can borrow both of mine so I can go to the pub more often
