...look back and think WOW so much has happened in one year. Or at what different periods of life, have you reflective and thought I can’t believe how far I’ve come.

Between 20-24 I have felt like I am not succeeding or going anywhere in life. This time last year I thought there is no way I’ll get my foot in the door for the career I want. Now I’m well and truly stuck into it and this morning it just sunk in that actually I am getting there and I need to enjoy life daily than be obsessed with reaching one goal. I cant believe how much I have developed in knowledge, experience and most importantly confidence in just one year. I guess there is a lot more to learn from life.

Share your life epiphanies or ages when you’ve thought wow I never thought I’d be here but I actually am!

congratulations and yes now enjoy it!

I’ve had lots of times for various different reasons. But this year is my most special as it’s the year I got my life back and managed to beat anxiety that was ruling the last 4 years.

Life has changed dramatically and I now enjoy every minute.

That is really special. It feels so free when you overcome it and it takes being brave to face if. Sounds like the dramatic change is in the most positive way! Hope you continue to flourish
