Does anybody else feel silly about..........

My nan’s spare room.

Calling bread rolls or barm cakes to use the correct term, anyway does anybody else feel silly calling them baps.

What else shouldn’t do but makes you feel silly?

I work all over the country and this is the biggest barrier i have. Going the chippy. Sausage and chips with a erm . . . Breadcake? . . . Barm? . . Roll? . . . Bun? . . . Cob?

I just never know what to ask for lol

To get away from the bread discussion.....

I don’t feel silly, but it just makes my eyes roll when I ask for a rubber and the work colleagues all snigger like characters out of Benny Hill

It’s been a rubber all my life and I will continue to call it so.... eraser indeed
