Maybe a tension headache, I (E) used to get them all the time without knowing how to get rid. Dentist figured out that I clenched my jaw, take 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen.

if you have a migraine you might get visual disturbances like bright lights in the edge of your sight and you might vomit. Vomiting will help the migraine go away. Don’t take too many painkillers and don’t mix them.
