So I know I'm not the most muscly guy or the best looking, but somehow I can hold the plank position for 4 minutes, which is pretty good apparently.

How long can you plank for?

I carried 3 planks of wood today (one at a time as health and safety recommends) does that count .then I sat down and had a splendid mug of tea
