do you feel you can deal with it? how do you deal with it? Do you feel youre worthy of it?or does it just skim off the top of your recently conditioned hair into the galactoral abyss?

Criticism is OK depending on who it comes from and how it's delivered. Harsh criticism as you've stated, I probably wouldn't take that well, no.

Depends what they're criticising. If it's something personal then I think that's fine, not everyone will like me.

If it's something I've made a conscious decision of and believed it to be the right one then I'd be upset and want to know the reasons for their criticism.

Most of the time it would give me a "I'll show you" kind of attitude. Would depend on what the crtisism was for I suppose.

Depends what it is and where it’s from. If it’s from someone I respect I’ll certainly consider the criticism as we all need self awareness. Both positive and negative can be a great learning curve.

Yes and no. If the criticism is valid and you've let yourself ir others down then it can hurt, but you can also change, grow and learn from it

Depends who from people i like and respect il listen to maybe take on board from a stranger il not give a toss got better stuff to do than care if its hammered down my throat i may see it as a challenge and raise the decibels a little and my response and watch them shrink under the pressure

People who's opinion I respect - I will listen, probably ask for further details about the reasoning behind it, take it on board and learn from it.

If it’s deserved and I have done something to deserve it and can learn from it and so improve on something, then yes, if it’s just for the sake of criticising me to provoke a reaction or to hurt me then no. I’m a sensitive little flower at times xx Viv x

Criticism should always be constructive. Clearly on here at times it isn't. You could argue that some posters need a reality check; usually the guys who post another, 'Why am I not getting any replies' threads, but I don't see any reason to be unnecessarily cruel just because it's the internet.

It depends who's dishing it out and if it's constructive, what the intentions are behind it?If it's to help me improve myself I can take it but if for instance a supposed friend were to critisize, I would definitely question if they had my best interest in mind. I accept that I'm not perfect, have flaws, therefore I accept criticism and rarely question it.
