mullinwire

dependant as to how many drops i have, i probably have 4 or 5 'power naps' a day, and then a good 4 or 5 hour sleep when not at work.

seems to do me fine, although they have recently said those that dont sleep properly are more prone to being overweight (more likely cuz you have more time to eat rather than a physiological reason)

funny, I set my alarm for what I can manage, usually 20 mins to 1 hour but I always snap out of it just before the alarm goes.

Funny how your brain works.

I used to do some long hours working but could never get into power napping, it just made me feel worse.

You can't beat a good 8 hour sleep in your own bed to recharge the batteries
