I did. We love each other and he's managing to put up with my oddities well. I sometimes still can't believe I've been lucky enough to find someone as incredible as him. He makes me laugh a lot, he's rational and kind and his intelligence is just... . I've not yet met anyone as intelligent and knowledgeable. It's a heady combination of lust and love and respect and it works.

Congrats. It still feels like a dream at the moment as the L word was used for the first time last night. I'm 46 and it's the first time I've ever said I love you to a woman and when she said it back it was the most incredible feeling in the world.
