I worry about how my daughter would cope without me since I'm her only present parent. I think it's natural to worry about that.

Yes I do. I worry about something happening to me in my sleep and my kids finding me if my husband is away with work.

I lost all my parents and step parents it makes you more morbid. I have plans in place if something happens to me

I used to think it was just young children that caused fear of mortality. Now I know it gets less of a concern as they become independent adults, but never fully goes away.

But I am not morbid or fearful anymore, they don't NEED me now, so it will be OK.
