So after all my therapy for cancer I’m still totally exhausted every bloody day, just doing mundane things wack me out..

Anyone else feel like this?

I just want to sleep

I'd imagine it totally fucks your body up and will take a long time to recover. Have they suggested any supplements to help?

Dependent in the treatment you were having, the effects can last for a while.

Each body heals differently, remember to be gentle with yourself, even though it may be frustrating that you can't do what you want to do.

If you do have concerns, try contacting the unit/department/consultant to discuss them.

My brother in law has just had intensive chemo and radio therapy. Left him very very tired all the time , does get better with time .

I have a hidden disability/condition.

most days I feel like someone has stuck a syringe in me and sucked out all my energy

Yes I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis at the same time as the cancer, that’s got worse over last twelve months
