I regularly colour code my day to express how i'm feeling

Red: Angry

Blue: Sad (varying in shade)

Yellow: Happiness/excited

Green: Calm

Grey: Out of sorts

Black: Hollow

Plus combinations

What colour describes you today (Vent or gush if you feel a need)
