He is a bit of a legend, although I've only seen him race once at Donington Park, he could be up there with the likes of Foggy and the Dunlops

As an aside, Ron Haslam borrowed my Beckett tuned RD 400 one afternoon to nip to the shop

Widnes

I love WSB, it’s a shame it doesn’t get the mainstream attention that the likes of F1 gets - 5 times is an amazing achievement and some talent!

Hiding In A Bush

It's a shame for Rea, he is an amazing rider with brilliant achievements....who seems to not have the recognition that,he deserves for his results etc.

I wouldn't have minded, but it only did 14 mpg on a good day and the shop was 5 miles away

Never really got into motor sports, but as a biker I appreciate the amount of physical and mental endurance they have to undertake to compete at such a high level.

He’s a top rider although he’s going to have to watch Dean Harrison over the next couple of years he is very much up and coming star

I believe he did in 2012, Jonny Rea was Repsol's Replacement for Casey Stoner when he was injured, raced in Misano and Aragon I recall

Two laps on Mad Sunday totally twisted my melon, even though ma RD 400 was quicker round the circuit than ma Z 750
