Would have thought those conditions would be closer to Australian than Welsh.

If we doubt Wales they usually win as what we say usually the opposite happens we want wales to win but if we back them they will lose. It happens all the time at rugby league games for us

Have you noticed, defender leans shoulder into tackle and it hits head, they are sent off.

However if attacker leans shoulder into defender (who has to get low now), contacts their head, not sent off.

They need to work on this high tackle issue, as defenders are getting shoulders turned into their heads all the time.

It was a much easier result than I was expecting, but exactly what was needed after the disappointing match against Ireland.

Roll on Russia and hopefully more bonus points.

"always thought gardner was a bit of a showboat.... not as much as steve walsh though.....

A big game for him to be removed from. "

The refs have all been warned to crack down on high tackles and in the first week there were some shockers missed... this is just a warning shot to all the other refs

He made three incorrect calls in our game, they’ve admitted that.

Too little, too late.

"Angus Gardner has been removed as referee for the Argentina v England game. He has come under fire as World Rugby Admits 3 calls were incorrect in the Japan v Ireland game.

Interesting. World Rugby turning on their own referees. "

I remember world rugby coming out and confirming Joubert had made the mistake at the end of the sco v aus quarter at the last wc.

Fun fact. The Russian captain played U19s for Ireland. He also played for Blackrock and UCD.

Russian forwards coach is Andrew Conways uncle

Just watched the first 60 mins of the NZ v Canada. Can't believe how dominant we've been! Richie Mo'unga must be player of the match so far.

"Doesnt matter how many times I see it, the Haka always gives me goosebumps

I love the traditional Ka Mate Haka, but the new Haka o Pango was spine-tingling. The passion in it. I wonder how it would feel to face it as the opposition. "

Bit nervous, I'd expect

I personally prefer Ka Mate, but then I grew up with it (and I know the words )

Fiji have had a good game today.

Shame for Georgia as they are better than they way they have played today.

Yeah, was kind of hard to watch. They’re better than that.

Roll on 11.15. I reckon Ireland will win by 20+ (*Prays*)

One of the players said it in an interview straight after the game. That’s insane heat.

I’d be cooked after a few minutes.

What the hell were they thinking? Poor old Sergio Parisse, he tries so hard to lead a good team but somehow they always let him down

Apparently the NZ bench were saying they were sweating before they even got on the field! I reckon I'd last ten minutes tops in that (assuming I wasn't tackled before then and stretchered off )

A human sweat box was what David Kilcoyne referred to it as on an RTE interview.

At the scrum you could plainly see they were having difficulty getting a grip on each other’s jerseys due to them being soaked in sweat. Not fun!
