I used to play in pipe band..loved my kilt...intending to get another..hunting stewart tartan which if one wishes to do it by the book, is the only Scottish kilt that technically does not need permission from the clans to wear , if not of the clan...so your kilts..are they the genuine heavy wool kilt or the lightweight ones or maybe leather
