Hotel. Rooms.

I am noticing alot of profilers of various persuasions.

Are using 'hotel rooms' alot more for their sexual encounters / meets.

Gone have the days it seems.

That profilers are not accommodating anymore at their respected homes for whatever reasons now.

Your thoughts, plz?

We want to keep this side of our life separate and also have an adult child at home.

Not to mention that inviting strangers to your home is generally not a good idea.

I have accommodated for one person after meeting them several times.

Too risky imo. I’m a guy and I have had several men who I’ve never even met become very desperate messaging me a hundred times a day over months and months.

Imagine the risks for women or couples if a man like that knows where you live. Too much potiential for stalking, harassment or worse.

This and having housemates don't help.

Will soon have my own place. Just mine so will be accommodating at mine.

In the last 5 years I’ve only had one man in my house and that was someone I was seeing for 8 months.

The first three months we used to meet in hotels, until I trusted and knew him enough to have him in my house (he never asked once, I offered) and that was only ever when my lad wasn’t here.

I won’t / don’t accommodate as my home is my lads territory and I’m not risking that safety.

Our preferred play location is actually at clubs, there's usually much more space, no issues with trying to sneak people into rooms and nobody has to sleep in the wet patch.

Most people use hotels at some point nowadays, whether for holidays, work or leisure - so we're familiar with them as well as how they can supplement our lives. As the site caters to people who may have issues with revealing much about their personal lives, hotels manage to restrict others from being able to get too much information about them, as well as helping to prevent problems such as stalking or abuse. The safety of women in particular, is also a concern and a hotel provides a more secure environment, whereas a home visit doesn't to the same extent, where neighbours could see/hear of problems on their doorsteps.

Cheaper hotels also make it easier.

Many people don't always have ongoing interaction with those they're having sex with - the days of lasting friendships that are typical of swinging, aren't as fully applicable in the broader NSA sex arena.

I used to live on my own in a flat in one of the worst parts of Liverpool so I was scared of things which could happen without guys from fab stalking me. I only ever had 2 guys in my flat. One of them is now my boyfriend of 2 years, and the other one was kinda creepy once and wanted to visit me when I was already with my OH. Luckily he didn't do it but he messaged me a few more times on kik, sent me his pictures in case that I change my mind. I ended up blocking him.

Now I would rather meet somewhere else than my home but if I have a strong connection with someone I would not mind to ask them to come to our place.

I have a house mate so unless she is staying at her BF's house having to explain things is something I would rather not do.

It is a shame as the house has loads of space....

Too many want to come to your house and not even supply a contact number. What if your wallet vanished and they disappeared from the site?

Ok, could happen in a hotel but at least they couldn't steal too much.

I’ve had single women and two couples back to mine on all different occasions and I guess I’ve been lucky

But it’s not something I’m too fond of these days

And I find hotels a bit sleazy too

Hence why I don’t meet much like that

I think clubs are the way forward until trust is built up
