Stratford

I got a message from mine to say it was down and they were slowly recovering the service and to be patient. Adviced not to put tickets in as it only clogs up the system.

Hopefully it will be sorted within the next week or so

Locate the Reset button on the back of your router.

With the router powered on, use the pointed end of a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button for 15 seconds

Iptv in recent weeks has had a lot of ‘ illegal ‘ services shut down. Mainly football . But other services also. There is a big clampdown going on for illegal services . Ie live football games .

Yes some are legit to watch free. Most are not. That is why sites being shut down. Do a search for iptv shut down .

Many domestic router issues are simply living in the internal memory. Switching the router off via it's own power switch (if it has one) often doesn't clear the internal memory and acts more like a "standby" mode.

Removing the power completely allows the volatile memory to be cleared and return the router to normal operation.

Generally if nothing has been changed on the router, it doesn't need any more than this. If you press and hold the reset button (usually until the device reboots), then it will return all of the internal settings, including WiFi name & passwords, to their factory defaults... this is fine for most people, but could cause many other issues if there is any sort of specific config on the device.
