Mr Cagey makes me smile, and I’m grateful we have what we have. Being on here I really see all the time how lucky we are.

And he’s going to bring home snacks tonight. ( as he will learn from this post hahaha)

My brother heading to uni to read Law today. He was non verbal 'til 6 and autistic (still the latter) and to see what he's achieved has made me so proud of him and I'm going to go and embarrass him in big sister fashion this weekend.

I can’t compete with that, truly outstanding and inspiring. I was once a lifeguard though and saved a few people from a sticky situation (and not good sticky!)

My 7 year old overcoming speech issues as a side effect of his ASD, and being able to communicate and make himself understood, his world has opened up and he’s now discharged from speech therapy.

My eldest for how understanding and kind he is, he’s a loving and caring boy and he makes me smile by purposefully doing a Fortnite dance routine if he thinks i need it

It's been a pretty rubbish year for me with one thing and another but I managed to pass my bike test recently and I'm super proud of myself because I fell off it and was so nervous to get back on. So I can now legally ride and that has made me happy.

Thank you. I think people get pigeonholed far too quickly and almost dismissed when on the spectrum. I'm proud of my family and what we've achieved.

Many people don’t know how very very difficult it is, every day you do it is a gift to your little one and it’s ok that it’s f*cking difficult. Be so proud of yourself. I fed our smallest for a lonnnnng time because her health issues needed it and it takes from you like nothing else. Xxx

My happiest moment was when my Grand Daughter was born. Having been one of two boys who had 5 sons between us I was so pleased to see a young lady in the family (obviously excluding Mum, wives etc)

There is never a day when I do not either see her or speak to her. She is what has made my life worthwhile these past 5 and a half years.

However, her birth was tinged with some 'sadness' as just 17 days before she arrived my Mum past away with Cancer. She knew her Great Grand Daughter was due soon but was unable to survive long enough to see her.

Anyone who tells me there is a God gets short shrift from me for this reason alone (although I can think of many other reasons too!)
