Why not just give your reusable Costa cup to Greggs and ask them to put it straight in there? Saves you a job and them a cup!

I did once. They refused lol they said buy one of our reusable cups I said I did and the cap never stayed on and burnt my bollicks so many times I switched

Yea she was a bit arsey I just went fine give us a coffee then and then showed my app and got it for free anyway , I feel like a rebel next time I’ll bring my Guinness pint glass in and ask for a refill
