Can you rrrrrroll your ‘r’s?

Brighton - even Hove!

When I hear a lady roll her ‘r’s it makes the hairs on my neck stand up in excitement and sends shivers down my backbone (and don’t add any more lyrics).

Just sayin’....

Orpington

A simple guide to rolling your R's..

Take the alphabet magnets off of the fridge door.

Put them in an old quality street or roses tin.

Seal the tin.

Push said tin down a mountain.

If you don't have a mountain nearby then a steep hill will do.

If you don't have a steep hill locally then a set of stairs will suffice.

If you live in a bungalow then sit on a sofa, extend your legs to the floor at a 45-70' angle and roll down that instead.

If you don't have legs or a sofa then get further advice elsewhere.

I read it wrong as it's a double negative.

Same here

I also still find it astonishing when people try and pronounce "Ll" and it comes out "Th"

Although I understand Ll is part of the Welsh alphabet so is obviously more difficult for some people than Rrrrr lol
