I’d prefer regular as I’m very shy when meeting new people.

I’ve met a few that I’ve met several times and it’s been lots of fun pushing limits each time.

One off can be fun too though

Prefer regular as then you don't have to worry about the initial nerves of meeting someone for the first time.

But that said a one off can be a lot of fun if you're both in the mood and a devil may care attitude.

Regular certainly means the sex gets better. One off with a view to repeat - it just may not work out that way for a variety of reasons.
