Yep we’re watching about 2-3 episodes a night

Utterly brilliant and really tragic to see a teenage under confident girl being treated so badly

Currently watching it and I Mr was sitting there crying about 3 episodes in.

I just want to give that young girl a cuddle and tell her everything will be ok and I trust and believe her.

What's sad is the reality of the fact that a woman has been violated in such a horrible way then has to relive it over and over again telling giving her account then the indignity she has to go through with the medical examination.

Upsetting and scary stuff.

But also shows how dedicated those police ladies are to get justice.

Oops got it...wasn't the sure if it was true story or unbelievable...with my past reckon it ll be tissues at the ready..gf had seen its ad but wasn't the sure about me watching it with my flashbacks etc..but will give it a go

I watched it...first episode hit me hard..didn't realise think I d get thru it but hey tears, memories etc I m able to just let em ride thanks to gf....it is one hell of a series..last 2 episodes tonight...It was like watching myself in the girl...her behaviour, her reactions her memory moments, and her quiet secret tears...tough first episode for me but the rest is riveting. ..thanks for the recommendation

Just finished..so wished the city and two cops had been made to make a public apology..Cried a lot...my tears are my words and as I scroll my pen across the paper I vanqu ish those tears to the past and sail into my future beneath billowing sails..was a hard watch but a good watch

Having grown up in the care system I can assure you this is not an isolated case. Looked after kids are often dismissed as just "troubled".
