There was an article on layering in the Guardian yesterday that was basically saying wear a tee shirt under your blouse and put a cardigan on and claiming it would revolutionise your wardrobe. I can't believe I'm saying this but I think people should be required to retake their driving test yearly after 65 and every road user should be tested on the highway code every five years. There are road layouts and driving conditions that didn't exist when lots of road users passed their test
