New Lounge Spider just legged it across from one sofa to another. He/she can stay for now...

Not happy with the False Widows in the garage though...

They have popped in to share our homes , and munch all the bad critters who live there .

I rather have spiders than the annoying flying bugs in summer

Hiding in the shadows

I'm allergic to spider bites

Been in AE several times already this year, after buggers in the garden had a chomp on me.

They are not welcome inside my house

Put conkers, horse chestnuts around the house, spiders don't like them.

Is it because they can’t hold the string?

Things don't normally bite me, nozzles, fleas etc

Couple years ago I got, what I thought was a scratch on my arm while clearing brambles.

Next day it was swollen & weeping.

Went to see the medic, he told me looked like a bite. Took some antihistamines.

Next day I was in AE on a drip, ended up in surgery, with a 2" chunk taken out my arm as it turning necrotic.

It was a false Widow bite.

Every bastard spider since makes a beeline for me.

I've had cellulitis several times due to the bites

I don’t mind the little ones, but it’s the big ones I don’t want in the house x

Lounge Spider is a youngish Wolf Spider so is allowed to stay unless privileges are abused. If it's male he only gets to fuck once before he dies, so I'm sympathetic..

It’s only males on the hunt for females, this is their mating time, can’t blame the little critters for being horny lol
