I meet a girl regularly who has a partner, one of his rules is I can do anything as long as we don't kiss..

I do know exactly what you mean my second meet ever back in 2012 was like that I was obviously new to everything in the swinging world and when I meet the couple and no kissing was allowed I thought crazy but like you say it was very intense and sexy

Oh yes.. kissing is very intimate and sexy so when your denied it suddenly becomes the best way to tease the the life out of someone... especially if you get your timing right and as you pull away you slide deeper inside!
