Inspired by a podcast I listen to. It goes;

1. Say something nice you've done for someone

2. Say something nice that someone has done for/to you

3. What have you learnt this week?

On a mooch

1. Counselled individuals at work

2. Given a hug by a friend who realised I needed it after giving all the counselling and having to hold my own thoughts in

3. I can do this and year 49 will be the start of the next chapter, whatever it brings

1. I made lots of cakes and gave them away

2. I had someone drive hundreds of miles to spend the weekend with me

3. I've learnt it's impossible to get a cat to take tablets

Basingstoke

1. I gave my friend a big cuddle because she needed it. Shes not very tactile normally.

2. The same friend hugged me because she knew I needed it after a tough last week.

3. I mastered the flying spider pose on the trapeze finally.

Lovely thread idea.

I sent my friend a little care package filled with his favourite things.

My partner has been amazing these past two days. Listened to me aspie offload. Bought me my favourite meal. Snuggled and let me watch my favourite things.

That I really do have a barrister mentality. And who I am is more than good enough.

3. I've learnt that in footballing terms I'm getting old....

In the past week?

1. A stranger was struggling to pay a one pound car park fee with a credit card so I gave him a pound coin.

2. Turns out the same guy completely randomly ended up in the same pub as me and returned it with thanks.

3. That I'm not as useless and past it as I sometimes think I am

1. Anonomously paid for an elderly couples lunch

2. When sticking my head in the sand, over financial worries. My friend sorted out professional help & helped me every step of the way.

3. I've learnt that pulling my bedroom window practically closed, it stops the big hairy black spiders entering my room
