Hi apologies if the answer to this one is simple... lots of profiles have the almost same legal jargon about university using images & I will prosecute if anybody breaches data etc etc.

Has anyone actually seen pics/ data being stolen from fab in another form or use and has anyone actually every prosecuted these university's or is it just nonsense?

The legal bit in some profiles gives me the biggest laugh ever. Here's people who are saying they have to be 100% discreet so thier partners/family/friends don't find out threatening to take people to court. Do they not realise court cases happen in public...thick or what?
